Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Services

    • All services provided by Trustopay Innovation Pvt Ltd. are intangible and cannot be returned once activated. These services include escrow setup, contract creation, and milestone tracking tools.
    • Service fees are non-refundable after the service has been rendered.
  2. Service Eligibility for Cancellation:
    • Services may be canceled before activation or within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been utilized.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Escrow Transactions:
    • Escrow transactions can be canceled if no funds have been transferred to the receiving party.
    • Users must initiate a cancellation request through the platform’s dashboard or contact support.
  2. Milestone-Based Cancellations:
    • Milestones can be canceled or revised only if both parties agree to the changes.

Exceptions

  1. Platform Errors:
    • If users encounter errors during transaction processing or service activation, Trustopay Innovation Pvt Ltd. will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Unfulfilled Services:
    • Refunds may be granted if services promised under an agreement are not delivered due to platform issues.
