Refund Eligibility

  1. Escrow Refunds:
    • Refunds for funds held in escrow are processed under the following conditions:
      • Both parties mutually agree to terminate the transaction.
      • Dispute resolution favors the payer
    • Refunds for escrow funds are subject to verification and compliance with Trustopay Innovation Pvt Ltd.’s dispute resolution process.
  2. Milestone Refunds:
    • Refunds for incomplete milestones will be granted if:
      • The milestone is not delivered as per the agreed terms.
      • The receiving party fails to fulfill obligations.
  3. Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Platform fees, service fees, and subscription charges are non-refundable once services are activated.

Refund Process

  1. Initiating a Refund:
    • Users must submit refund requests through the Trustopay Innovation Pvt Ltd. platform or contact support.
    • Requests must include transaction details and reasons for the refund.
  2. Processing Time:
    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
  3. Dispute Resolution:
    • Refunds involving disputes will follow Trustopay Innovation Pvt Ltd.’s dispute resolution process. Decisions made during this process are final and binding.
